1st Lindall Collins
I choose picture 131 as the first one, it shows people pick up tea as fact and close to life
2nd Allan Vann
Picture 138 as the second, showing the tea scenery
3rd Elaine Unsworth
Picture 127, the third, it shows people on the ghat
Prizes will be handed out on Friday 1st October
To complete the Chinese theme Li Jiali (AKA Sally Leo) joined us at Heybridge as part of her first visit to th UK.

Working on the Japanese Challenge with Paul Alcock
Paul made the complex seem simple (Ha Ha) with a very quick pastel sketch of one of the Japanese pictures. Creating a simple composition that expressed the subject well but concentration on shape and shade.
